I remember the day I learned of my oldest daughter's region. It really brought more of a vision of her as a person to me. I was in Kaz 6 years ago over Thanksgiving to being bonding with her. How time flies!

On both adoption trips I was in Almaty for around a week. It wasn't as cold as the north (my girls are from Pavlodar and Semey) and you could find anything you needed there. It is almost like London or Paris 🙂 You are sure to have a fantastic trip.
