Isn’t it exciting when you get good news and you feel like you are getting closer?! Are there any websites with ASL that you recommend so I can learn to teach our son sign language? I would so love to do this. I taught Olivia a couple and it was so useful. I didn’t need to with Claire because she was such an early talker and always so vocal.

I remember celebrating those steps, and then when the Dossier left us and was gone for good, we celebrated at a nice steak house just David and I. So much to celebrate. I just spoke to a class yesterday of adoptive parents who are in the middle of the process. It was so much fun to share our story and see how far we’ve come. I had Tigist with us and she lit up the room and made them laugh so much.
