I hope it gets sorted out quickly. Have you thought of fedex? I’ve used them for a few things, they are usually reliable and I like being able to track the package. I always feel it’s a little more risky when I send something by USPS :). With that said, I just got back my POA (power of attorneys) from the Secretary of State with the Apostille. I chose to use the USPS priority mail to send and return to us..I was a bit on pins and needles waiting to see how long it would take through the USPS.
